Salaries for everyday employees is not great compared to those at a Management or Executive levels. The review previously posted about HR and upper level management strongly encouraging employees to write positive reviews to negate the negative ones is absolutely TRUE! In addition, the only way to get promoted is to have an "in" with someone above you and hard work is NOT rewarded on all levels and for all employees. If you look at the salaries page on Glassdoor, there is over a $45k salary difference between a Senior and Regular level employee for the same position! It is a shame because the individual at this Senior level was NOT competent to do the job in any way shape or form and all of their grunt work was pushed down to others because "they didn't know how".
