IAT is quickly becoming an employer of choice in the specialty property casualty insurance market in large part because we regularly encourage honest employee feedback. We have recently published career paths and training academies are being created to support them. We’re excited to report that nearly 70 of our employees have experienced formal career advancement opportunities already in 2018. Many of our incentives are exclusive to non-executive IAT employees and our pay for performance model rewards individuals who go the extra mile. This month we paid our largest bonus pool (excluding the executive team) for the 2017 performance year and 94% of employees received a bonus. This was in addition to the $3,000 tax plan bonus paid to every non-executive employee in January. We are glad that you saw value in our benefits during your time with us. Our 7% 401k company match is among the highest paid by employers in any industry. In addition to the 401k match, we have a profit sharing program of which we paid an additional 3% the past 3 years.
