Work life balance is good

Management is not good. Need to improve the management team and there efficiency.

I had the pleasure of working at IAST, and it was an incredibly rewarding experience. The company fosters a collaborative and innovative environment where new ideas are always welcomed. The leadership team, including the CEO, HR, IT, and managers, is exceptionally supportive and genuinely committed to the growth of both the company and its employees. The CEO’s visionary leadership creates a clear direction for the company, while the HR team ensures a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The IT department is always responsive and quick to resolve any issues, making it easy to focus on work without technical distractions. The managers are approachable and encourage professional development, providing valuable guidance and feedback. IAST's focus on cutting-edge technology and a forward-thinking approach made it an exciting place to work. I gained valuable skills and experience, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to have been part of such a dynamic and supportive team.

I honestly didn't encounter any significant cons during my time at IAST. It was a positive and fulfilling experience overall.
