      Great company to work for if you are an electrical technician who enjoys working with PLC's and robotics.

      Pros

      - Salary can be high if you work hard and ask for it - The Machinery you work on is Top Notch - Some freedom/time for R&D and input of New Ideas

      Cons

      - Owners (Father and Son) are condescending, argumentative, and micromanaging. - Owners will constantly change their mind and either not remember or make it your problem because that is not the way it used to be/how they did it.
