Pros
I really feel that everyone is working towards a common goal. My coworkers are knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. The automotive world has been difficult to navigate the past few years but we continually pivot to meet demands and achieve goals. Management remains flexible to maintain a good work/life balance. The work culture is far better than previous places I've worked and I always feel appreciated.

The nature of the work can be stressful at times as customers are more demanding than ever.
