Pros
To be honest there really isn't any as far as what I was doing. I cant and wont speak for other employees. Great co-workers! These were great people to work for. Nice and kind and helpful. This is the best part of being there. Also, the pay was decent.
Cons
Little to no work to do. No one knew what my position was. Little delegation. No one should have to beg for work to do. Created sales and received no commission. There were no issues with teaching how to create quotes but, when they became sales, no commission was received. Management was subpar, at best. With all of the pressure that management is putting staff through, I would be surprised if this company is still around a year from now. Multiple staff leaving. They all see the writing on the wall. No pay raises, as promised PTO time was a joke. 5 days per year and they don't roll over. Enough said.
