Pros

- Great credentials in SAP implementation and public sector strategy consulting - Chance to be involved in national transformational projects - Salary payments are 99.90% on time - People are mostly nice and friendly - Relatively little office politics - Flat hierarchy, access to upper management is easy - Relatively unstructured environment (which could be flexible or messy at the same time)

Cons

- Management consulting credentials are outdated, and all the practitioners are no longer there except for the CEO - Missing middle-managers, low-alignment to company vision - Unable to retain a core management consulting team, practices project-based hiring ineffectively - Performance management process is complicated and lack follow-through - No performance and festive bonuses (incl. Raya) - Very vague career framework - Poor administration, e.g. late contract renewals, slow training process, slow hiring - Low process and technological maturity for a management and technology consultancy (e.g. internal processes are not made clear to all employees, performance management process is very manual) - Teamwork is very poor, made worse by an under-resourced environment - Poor branding/market presence, so this company does not automatically look good on CV
