Pros

Management style has changed a lot. We were losing good people, so management has started new things to try and hold onto employees. It's worked well for me and many people. Individual bimonthly meetings with your directors now mean that you're put onto projects you want, they take very seriously your personal as well as professional growth, and are incredibly open to tough feedback. In many ways it's like work therapy. I feel very heard. I went from wanting to quit, to looking to stay for the long haul. Recent changes have been positive, the old guard has been letting go a bit more. Love the people I work with, really smart, talented, and good folks. Love the office. I learn so much.

Cons

We were losing a lot of talent after ~ a year of work. It can be hard to get used to strategy and consulting. Lots of prototypes and many projects do not end in a final design or product deliverable. That means there's lots of room for experimentation. There's lots to learn though. Sometimes culture can seem a little fake/forced, lot's of jargon.
