      Pros

      I2X is a good employer in there own way. They try to give back as much as they can being a small employer.

      Cons

      I would say it's hard to get support. They don't offer much to employees, and you are definitely better off working for another company that has better benefits. Compensation is not high enough for 2026 standards.

      Lack of vacation buy-up as a benefit to have more vacation time available.
