Cons
- Management direction can change unreasonably
- They communicate mostly in French but if you are learning the language, you can improve yourself
- WFH rule (2 days at home) is not followed. They insist to WIO even though if there are public holidays in that week that count as 'WFH'. This is absurd.
- Some racism did occur in the past
- You are expected to know how to run the show even if some clients are not your client
- Some colleague may seem nice but backstab you, so you need to be careful
