Great people. Generally speaking great working atmosphere. Free snacks and drinks provided at all sites. Good teamwork between departments and across sites.

The approval process for funding large capital projects could use improvement. There's room for improvement across sites with respect to naming conventions, standardized processes, equipment and infrastructure used in support of data center operations. There's additional opportunities for cost savings by bringing work in house. Example: Terminating and testing fiber links.
