You get to train with some nice people
Coworkers are nice
Cons
Unrealistic KPIs - monitored to the minute
Team leads not doing any work
Micro-managing
Can't take a break in between calls before the nagging starts
Team leads can meet their KPIs because they're doing the easy part
Acting like they care but don't
All talk and no action
Some of the front line staff you work with are nice just like any other company. Other than that very little else that's positive that I can think of.
Cons
A highly toxic culture of extreme workload, micromanagement, and unrealistic expectations. Combine that with "yes" men managers that do not listen or act upon staff feedback in a culture that cares more about money than their own staff well being and you have a perfect storm.
