Pros

The company truly cares about its employees. They do their best to provide a work-life balance. You have weekends off and even have a shortened schedule on Fridays, with the exception of employees who work in the field. They provide snacks, coffee, and frequent lunches based on events, holidays, and other special occasions. They have great medical, dental, and even FSA/dependent care options. They also offer language lessons and professional development through the company if you have an interest in learning. There are opportunities for growth and the company does a great job of considering all internal candidates before external candidates. They fairly evaluate the internal employee's performance, attendance, etc. to ensure they are providing opportunities to those qualified but also whose work meets the company standards. This is also one of the most diverse companies I have ever worked for and the company does a wonderful job of celebrating the diversity of its employees. I.E. A Recent luncheon was hosted by the company to celebrate Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month.

Cons

While there is a lot of work to be done and it can be overwhelming, this company is still a relatively new company and should be viewed as a start-up where there will be kinks to work out over the first year or 2. The amount of work an employee has may be daunting and can cause burnout if the work isn't reallocated accordingly. All the cons, in my opinion, can be worked out in time and with management.
