Overall Hyve is an outdated company with bad upper management -95% of Management are nothing more than messengers and only push issues which are customer demands/personal issues. They lack the ability to foster a team and actually lead. - Hyve saves company money by cutting employee corners whether that's less-than-average wages or resources for teams. - Hyve's in-house manufacturing system leads to more problems than not. - "culture" can be boiled down to performative actions to look good on paper
