Pros
- If you check on Hyve Youtube channel, you will see everybody in Hyve saying " You can be a entrepreneur here." This sentence can be definitely translated to " Everyone has the strong RESPONSBILITY/Liability for company margin" , so you will never be bored here. -It's a flat org, everyone can speak to high managements. (Dont worry, they will chase after you) -Will grow in fast speed, compensation is just fair for the juniors. - colleagues are nice , cause you are fighting endless war together
Cons
- Definitely not a long-term option - Employees don't feel safe to speak out personal idea, you need to be careful of the climate when you report to upper managements. - Hyve has decent business scale but the management mindset still stuck in a garage startup management mindset. - Not willing to invest in operation enhancement. always rely on manual remediation. - If your favorite holiday is Halloween, it's a nice place for you. You can play a fire fighter EVERYDAY without costume.
