Pros
Flexible schedule. They do not mind what time you come in or leave as long as you put 10-12 hours per day. So you can come in as late as 11am and leave at 11 pm. No one will say a word.
Cons
people are low-skilled and clueless because they hire below the industry standard hence low pay. workers resort to blaming each other since no one wants to take ownership because of repercussion from upper management. management controls everything and has you by the neck. some managers use your work to get credit.
