Dynamic, fast paced, fun environment with driven management. Hyve Solutions has been making great strides in increasing its market share while setting itself apart from competitors with innovation and customer centric initiatives. Lead by strong management, Hyve continues to grow beyond expectations by reinvesting in the company and the people that drive it. A fundamental not often followed.

Cons

Rapid growth always has its share of problems. That being said, it is quite rewarding to have first hand input in the company's progress and overall success.

Great collaboration between the teams that I support. Engineering with a start up energy supported by a solid reputable company in TD Synnex.

Cons

As with any growing organization processes are being improved and streamlined so there are may opportunities to get frustrated, but I will take growing pains any day.
