Pros
The company does some beautiful work for some cool clients. It's a premium boutique that has been growing fast.
Cons
Training is hands-on for all levels which means that some people who grew-up in the company that are great project managers are terrible people managers. Senior management is aware of these issues but doesn't not seem to care as long as clients are happy. This drives a lot of good people to seek opportunities elsewhere.
