Sometimes you worked for one company, some days you worked for other sister companies. The cofounders would decide their vision for the company that day or the precious day and everyone was expected to pivot to meet it. One company would go under and they'd used the same employees to create a new identical company, burn those employees down, before doing a mass layoff of the other half.
