Flexible work schedule, good communication.

Low pay. Hard to understand accounts.

Able to work from home remotely.

I was always siting all day waiting for work which you don't get paid for unless you are typing. Then they started mandating we couldn't do certain accounts until after 3 p.m. because in house hospital transcriptionists had priority. I asked for more accounts and was told there were none. It was not enough for me to stay for 0.08 cents a line pay.
