Everything is a challenge. - Bad management : They hired managers who are culturally opposite to how the team's culture was. - No office hours : The mangers will expect you to take calls and work on middle eastern timezones without mentioning it to you while hiring or atleast ask you if it's okay - Bad with money: During covid the entire team took paycuts upto 40% for months. This was never reimbursed once they were on the clear and had good money coming. They also delayed variable pays by 4 months for me and more for others. They never reimburse for small expenses say if you pay a bill urgently to keep the team running. - Quantity over quality : The overall attitude of management is to always churn out most amount of work with the most least time. Many times the manager will try to renegotiate the time estimates to ridiculous levels.
