We are sorry that your experience has not been a good one. We are surprised by some of the comments as they certainly do not reflect our values. We would like to take the time to address some of your comments: 1. Your comment regarding nepotism is not accurate. The company adheres to strict anti-nepotism procedures regarding the employment of relatives. 2. In terms of salaries, we conduct yearly performance management appraisals in which performance is reviewed and merit is awarded based on performance. 3. Your comment regarding half of our workforce not being permanent residents is false as the majority of our workforce are proud Canadians. We do employ a diverse workforce and pride ourselves in giving people an equal opportunity and will continue to welcome diversity. 4. Finally, we do not understand the relevance of commenting about an employee who passed away tragically due to circumstances completely unrelated to his employment with us. We remain deeply saddened by the passing of any of our employees.
