      Pros

      *Very laid back work atmosphere *Gym on site with free access for employees *On site cafeteria *High on flexibility

      Cons

      *Lacks structure and organisation *No clear task for position, can find yourself doing things for various other departements *Issues can stretch for long periods of time with lack of follow up *Lack of communication between departments *Many People hired based on their connections and not their skills and should not be working at all

      Great people to work with Helpful staff and management Wide territory with few restrictions No caps on commissions Entrepreneurial spirit is encouraged

      The current office space is a but small, and cold, but it is only a temporary location.

      Pros

      The people are nice but not transparent. Every division is losing a tremendous amount of revenuewith the exception of Hypertec cloud in Canada. We werent allowed to sell Hypertec cloud and AI infrastructure solutions in Tempe. No CRM tool and the commission plan is too vague and unclear to try and explain
