Pros

vision laid out by the former CEO and the former product team is seeing this company through. Few good engineers and PMs that haven’t left yet are the only few good things worth mentioning.

Cons

It was interesting (not really) to watch a leadership team (C-level and VP-level) in action (or should I say inaction)… - they are clueless about the business, the product and the domain - cannot make decisions (like ever) - complete lack of accountability - fired some key people and are unable to put the toothpaste back in its tube now (the mass exodus that they are not able to contain) - when in doubt, ask the most clueless person to decide who to fire (quarterly layoffs)

Pros

Hyperscience is a true leader in the Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) space, utilizing genuinely cutting-edge AI and ML models to create a product demonstrably superior to its competitors. Beyond the technology, the work environment offers significant flexibility and trust: there is very little micromanagement, allowing employees to maintain a positive work-life balance and manage their own workflow.

Cons

The company is currently in a high-intensity growth mode, which translates at times into a demanding and ambiguous environment. While the high degree of flexibility is a major pro, the flip side is the expectation that every employee must be a true owner, proactively driving their own work without constant supervision.

Pros

Work from home and benefits

Cons

Leadership is awful. Expect to be laid off even if you are doing the work of multiple people and doing it well. It's all about getting in the right click. If you dont make it - out you go. The click is mean and cut throat with terrible ethics and leadership. Leadership treats the clients the same way and has no care about the struggles with the product.
