The organizational climate within the team and work tools.

I worked in the company for more than five years, within this period with so many acquisitions, I moved the area three times. My ratings have always been very good. I was promoted within the company in less than a year. I ended up being fired for lack of management ethics. I was humiliated and ridiculed via Facebook and the ethics committee did absolutely nothing in my defense. I asked to change the area, there was a possibility within the company and the new manager had already asked for the job for me, but the management in question fired me before the move and those responsible for the company's ethics did nothing to stop it.

- Large company - Good benefits - Organized processes - Good work-life balance

- Very burocratic to get anything done - Poor HR management and lack of communication throughout the company - Weak managers and leaders. Especially in IT, most come from technical backgrounds and are unprepared to deal with people and motivation. - Constant changes in business strategies leaves everybody lost
