• Good compensation package and PTO policy • Friendly, laid back culture while still executing at a high level • Infrastructure and institutional knowledge to embrace remote work • Open, easy collaboration within and between teams. I feel my input is valued and considered. • I am reated as an adult, who is empowered to proactively complete their work while accommodating and respecting the demands of 'real life'. • They do care about their people; understanding and supportive when 'life happens'

There has been a lot of change; transitioning out of startup mode into a larger, more mature org. I think it has mostly been handled well, but change is always a challenge and it is not without growing pains.
