      - Very young but knowledgeable colleagues. - Working with a very friendly group of colleagues(non-management) of various cultural backgrounds.

      Cons

      - Was a close-knit company (except for management) - Lack of communication from management and demands instant results with super-tight deadlines without consulting subject matter experts. - Subject matter experts have no say in the company's decision or direction etc. - Still no clear direction for the company.

      great software developer community, people were always trying to help each other, the hierarchy within teams was very flat

      Cons

      the upper management kept laying off people randomly and rapidly, which is a bad trend for a startup
