      Pros

      No official office there can organize ones agenda. Interesting upcoming sector in evolution which clients find very interesting and are open to listen to.

      Cons

      Management does not trust hired managements actions/strategy middle long term but only short term results are looked at not permitting a stable strategy to be implemented and analysed.

      CEO is super nice, he gave us Christmas presents. And they are very respectful and let you take days off for your culture holidays. The company has a very laid back, European culture. They value work-life balance. And treat employees very nicely. Everyone in the company is great at communication. The product is innovative and interesting The office is in Wework and there are lots of perks and activities

      Cons

      The heater in the office is very hot in the winter There is not much of career advancement because the company structure is very flat.

      the software team is challenged to keep rising the bar to innovate the product features and the overall quality. We publish quick, learn from our customers and iterate.
