      Easy job, lots of autonomy, great guidance, steady pay. There is 0 favoritism. Hard workers are appropriately rewarded. Your intuition matters a lot, so great for critical thinkers.

      Cons

      Some recruiting scripts can be written better. Many had conflicting information, strange punctuation, and so on.

      Good base with bonus opportunities

      Cons

      Lack of support, constant company changes, limited training for how crucial the role is to the business. No PTO whatsoever and they’ll let you go for taking time off even though it’s unpaid and claimed to be “unlimited”. Toxic environment. Extremely thankless work. Made to feel like you’re never good enough. Place has the craziest turnover you’ve ever seen.
