1. No co-ordination between management and store. If you work as a store marketing you will be sandwich between store manager and head office HOD, why because they changed in every after 6-8 months. Lack of communication and less co-ordination among them. 2. Before joining company will show you carrot with amazing job description but when you actual start working you will work as peon like cutting the stickers, flyers & sticking the poster in the society. 3. You will stuck in company's process which is never ending and your actual work still remains pending because of new management creates add on process. 3. Be ready for work min 12 hrs. company says its 9 hr duty but when you asked HR for clarification they said its min 9 hr duty with no fix off & no public holiday that means you have to work more & forget family life. 4. God Bless you if work with this company more than 6 month.
