Pros
Industry is promising as long as a company can run it correctly.
Cons
Upper management does not communicate well, nor do they analyze, plan, monitor and appraise employees, per effective basic business practices. They have not given employees pay increases since 2013 and they make rash and impulsive decisions, which hurts the business. They play favorites according to your nationality, prefers Russians or equivalent to that race. They do not offer much in benefits or provide good health insurance.
