Great focus on customer needs, quality and innovation. Excellent experiences from client projects with major global brands.

There is a slight struggle to get solid internal processes in place as the client needs dictate the project focus, so sometimes work is done inefficiently. Nothing that affects the client experience though. Rather that than perfect processes and unhappy clients.

- Learning the methodology; gaining facilitation skills - The people (especially collaborators) - Flexible schedule/work-life balance - 4 week vacation (last I heard) - Autonomous teams; flat-ish organization - Opportunity to build a good network - The school and unique student body/alumni keep HI's spirit alive

- Financial instability - Profit margins trump quality of delivery - Lack of career ladder / no development plan follow-up - Politics and favoritism - No room to negotiate salary / freelance rates - Leadership is reactive and untrusting at times; not focused on long-term change - The board makes decisions while lacking understanding about day-to-day operations
