Pros
From the management to HR you feel like you are consider and listened. Is the first time that I work in a company where everyone feels so close and human to you. I have a bachelor degree but no experience in marketing and HypeAuditor decided to trust in me. I was able to develop my marketing career and I keep learning everyday from my managers and the company. You get sessions to know the platform and also they provide language courses. HypeAuditor also asked me how I want to develop my career with them. So this is a very important highlight if you are looking to develop your skills. I also like monthly meetings with all the employees in which you get to see the company improvements and where are we standing. The goals are clear and we all work to reach them.
Cons
So far, I have not found the disadvantages of working at HypeAuditor. It is an emerging company with fast growth dynamics. We are working on a lot of tasks and solving them is the goal for me. The only thing that I would like to change is the salary review that happens only 1 time per year (but this affects me in particular because the laws of my country and the current economic situation are not helpful at all).
