Pros

Decent experience for marketing trainees as you are exposed to different sides of the marketing portfolio. A few good souls among the employees and upper tier management who you can get along with.

Cons

A very complacent management. A pretty narcissist and petty attitude taken by the 'people in charge'. A toxic atmosphere of biasness, unwarranted showdowns to show 'who's boss', and very fine use of 'language' by the top management with the aim of putting you down. A general mood of unease and secrecy that everyone is aware of but is never spoken about. Mismanagement of employee salaries and benefits that warranted a search by the local authorities. A welcoming attitude at the beginning of the job that lulls you into a fake sense of ease but is then destroyed by the rather sporadic actions of the top management who do things 'on a whim'. The management operates with the 'top guy' leading from Australia. So all communication is usually one-sided and has the propensity to warp, resulting in very inefficient, ineffective and (usually) rage-inducing decisions being made. If you don't fit in with their style or you try to speak out and be yourself, the work that you do does not matter. The amount of time, ideas, strategies and processes that you built does not matter. If you are not liked by a few choice people, regardless of the general concensus, you will be removed.
