Mis(micro)Managed - Anonymous employee HypGames Employee Review

I have never worked for a company as mismanaged as this. All management is all over the place and unorganized. They are constantly behind on projects and information for projects and the CEO lacks the confidence to make decisions and is often spending hours going back and forth and trying new things to finally settle on the original design submitted the first time. It is also incredibly micromanaged, DOWN TO THE PIXEL! I am not exaggerating, I have discussed with other departments and they have mentioned edits such as, "move it up 1 px" or "make it 2px smaller". I was told by one executive upon hiring we might have to work late sometimes (which is normal for any job) and than someone in management told me a week later, "expect to work late most days". Work life balance doesn't really exist here. The CEO doesn't care about their employees and will treat them like just little machines that do is bidding.
