How does this company even have 3 stars - Anonymous employee Hylink Employee Review

Upper management is a mess. Their leadership team is selfish and will treat you like scum. The managing director sees all of his employees as pushovers and will verbally remind you that you are easily replaceable. Like all the other reviews here, there is absolutely no training whatsoever. Avoid this place if you have any self-respect at all.. I'm genuinely surprised that this company has been able to maintain 3 stars on Glassdoor considering how disgusting of a company it is. Retention is high amongst higher positions - must be self-deprecating people. Also, very little diversity. Mainly an East Asian operated company.
