      Pros

      Local office employees (non-Toledo) work hard. Some decent folks in some of the offices. Work/life balance seems reasonable.

      Cons

      Poor bonus program, low morale. Too much time and money spent on things that don't benefit the" worker bees". The preferred employee is either a member of the Hylant family or a white frat-boy type. Company direction/leadership is missing or confusing at times.

      People, tech resources, and hybrid.

      Cons

      Sometimes felt like you couldn’t trust people, a lot of blame game verses growth by learning from mistakes, fixing and moving forward. Instead it’s blamed on this team or that team or or this team member with chatter behind your back. But mostly it was a great experience, they are a shady organization with lots of talent and resources. Just a few people that need to own up to stuff, and not do what it takes to advance at the expense of others. That’s all
