      Pros

      Free beer is a pro I suppose

      Cons

      Only the jerks and soulless stay. They barely pay you entry level. They treat you like children. The ticketing process in GCS is terrible. Continues to get worse. Management in GCS is all a joke. They were their since day one more or less and have also lost their souls, but hey free beer, right? When I left I immediately got 40k MORE than Hyland paid me. Even if you can work OT for more your limited to 4 hours. Save yourself and look over Hyland. Did I mention when you’re on call you get about calls 3 a night for a week? Have fun

      Pros

      Work/life balance Great people to work with on daily basis Ability to work remote (US based) Plenty of development opportunities I've been given the tools I need to do my job and be innovative I have an amazing manager and team that I lead

      Cons

      I am restricted on where I can hire new employees right now. There are a lot of competing priorities with similar deadlines which can be stressful, but the days go by fast.

      Pros

      Remote or hybrid capability. Usually a flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Constant quiet firing. They've figured out how to avoid public disclosures quite well. Every month they're whacking batches of 20~30 employees - esp. if you were in a higher pay band or part of an acquired company. There's constant leadership churn as of late - not that leadership was ever that great, but the clownshow has more makeup on the pigs now. If you were part of an acquired company, the stench of nepotism was constant. Hyland doesn't provide legitimate training or certification assistance for everyone. Their products would fail any sort of security scan by an AI tool too. If you're a customer, buyer beware.
