      Pros

      They look to treat employee's well with offerings like child care onsite, gatherings with onsite employee's.

      Cons

      Growing rapidly but still holding on to old processes and not open to new ideas from people they have brought in from other software companies. Seem to waste time and money having duplication of finding right solutions to offer customers many different departments working independently on same topic or issue to resolve without knowledge of other departments and leadership. Do not listen to suggestions on how employee's previous experience at other companies handled rapid growth and better customer pricing.

      Pros

      Work/life balance Great people to work with on daily basis Ability to work remote (US based) Plenty of development opportunities I've been given the tools I need to do my job and be innovative I have an amazing manager and team that I lead

      Cons

      I am restricted on where I can hire new employees right now. There are a lot of competing priorities with similar deadlines which can be stressful, but the days go by fast.

      Pros

      Remote or hybrid capability. Usually a flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Constant quiet firing. They've figured out how to avoid public disclosures quite well. Every month they're whacking batches of 20~30 employees - esp. if you were in a higher pay band or part of an acquired company. There's constant leadership churn as of late - not that leadership was ever that great, but the clownshow has more makeup on the pigs now. If you were part of an acquired company, the stench of nepotism was constant. Hyland doesn't provide legitimate training or certification assistance for everyone. Their products would fail any sort of security scan by an AI tool too. If you're a customer, buyer beware.
