The transparency with business goals, customers,costs, revenue, and having an actively engaged CEO are also huge pros.
Cons
Sometimes decisions are made in middle management that are poorly communicated down to employees. This does get addressed and has improved though. Compensation is decent, but still a little lower than comparable jobs because they know they have good benefits.
