Harmful culture and dismal work environment - Anonymous employee Hygiena Employee Review

I planned to stay here long term but I was treated so poorly that I actually quit without another job as backup because I would rather be unemployed than continue allowing Hygiena to take a toll on my mental health. I actually witnessed management referring to certain employees as “incompetent” and “slow” behind closed doors. It wasn’t until I saw executives make employees cry and until I was talked down to myself that I decided to finally leave. Best decision of my life. I went on to a different company that paid me double and values their people. Do NOT work here if you have self worth.
