HydroScience is growing, provides a lot of responsibility to mid and entry level staff, and provides lots of mentoring and growth opportunities. You definitely don't get pigeon holed into doing one thing all the time in a company like this.
Cons
Sometimes, we don't always get to work on the perfect project, but we get our share of good meaty projects to work on.
