Pros
Good benefits, decent pay for pretty simple work. Some of the people are very fun to be around when morale isn't low.
Cons
Very biased management, clear favoritism. Get on the wrong person's bad side and you will have a target on your back. HR is extremely strict and will see to it that you don't advance in the company if you ever find yourself in their office. Very regularly have mandatory overtime and their plans to increase sales imply that this won't be changing anytime soon.
