Pros

In the beginning, owners were very friendly. Flexible hours Company provided snacks and coffee

Cons

Turnover rate is astronomical, even given the telemarketing industry. Things are fine until you are considered superfluous and then the treatment becomes horrific and degrading. Owner is very emotional and takes his anger and frustration out on whomever is closest. However... their combined intelligence will ensure that this company continues to grow... With a high number of loyal employees left in their wake.

The turnover rate in the call center is one of the lowest in the industry. 90% of the staff has worked here for 6 months or more with many staff members now crossing the two year mark. The owners are rarely in the office anymore because the company has grown so much. We take pride in being a hard driving company that pushes staff to be the best and to make the customer experience the best it can be. We do appreciate the compliment about the high intelligence level. However, we try our very best to make the company a great place to work. We take great pride in the fact that we created a company from scratch almost 5 years ago that has grown to be one of the largest employers in the area.

Pros

I learned so much from this company and didn't even realize it until recently. Granted, I made good money with them and I was a decent salesperson. My issue was I was too invested emotionally. The higher ups were easily accessible. They gave great advice. The product is something that was necessary to the people I presented it to. I love this company .

Cons

Didn't stay long enough to find any

Pros

they give you a good sales pitch when they hire you

Cons

They will have you drive 3 plus hours to an appointment who is usually not there. Then expect you to do a demonstration with no demo book, very little training, a horrible powerpoint presentation with no sound. Then after you work for them if it's less than a month and quit they will refuse to pay you. They expect you to drive 3 hours out, do a 4-6 hour appointment, drive another hour out, do another 4-6 hour appointment then drive back home 3 hours. What? That's a 14 hour day. They will not pay you for your milage or salery if you quit earlier then one month after working there. Big waste of time. Really not a professional Company. I have sold Timeshare, Adjustable Beds, Vacuums, loans, real estate etc... and this was the worst in my 30 years as a sales professional. I highly recommend you don't fall for their sales presentation when they hire you. I'm so glad I did not burn my bridges at my last job!!!
