Too many to list, honestly. Here are just a few things: I was intentionally mislead regarding compensation: They will create unrealistic sales projections to inflate potential compensation in order to drastically underpay/undervalue you with a salary + commission role. Operating the same since the day they opened their doors in '91. Example: I was taught lies of omission as a sales tactic - "You don't HAVE to answer anything" - a tactic they ironically used when I requested clarity about compensation upon my departure. They abandon clients once they've bought equipment, labeling them as mere problem identifiers when they aren't satisfied. They do not support diversity in their 12 person business (1 female secretary. The rest, as far as I understand it, are white men). They will not have the time, resources, or general wherewithal to lift you up as an employee. Highly insecure and quick to get litigious. A bottom line first, employees last kind of place.
