      Pros

      Lots to learn from very good engineering minds. Lots of team spirit and an extremely positive work place.

      Cons

      Somewhat narrow field of work (med tech - even niches in that. Design work could get monotonous. Little opportunity to work in cross discipline teams (software etc).

      Pros

      Projects were an engineer’s dream! Very cool stuff, especially in the medical domain. An opportunity to work on life-critical, challenging equipment.

      Cons

      Not enough clear market sector focus—medical device engineers don’t want to work on defense projects!
