      Pros

      Work-life balance: HR was very strict about maintaining a healthy worklife balance. If you worked overtime, you would get that time back in-lieu. It is the only company I have ever worked at which does that. The people: The people here are truly world leading engineers and scientists. Management gave them the tools they needed to flourish then stepped aside. Everyone is friendly and approachable. - Monthly pizza lunches, as an engineer, this was a big plus.

      Cons

      Probably a better work forecasting system needs to be put in place. But other than that there were few downsides.

      Pros

      Projects were an engineer’s dream! Very cool stuff, especially in the medical domain. An opportunity to work on life-critical, challenging equipment.

      Cons

      Not enough clear market sector focus—medical device engineers don’t want to work on defense projects!
