      Benefits and some good people to work with.

      Cons

      The executive level is weak, inept, and doesn't support the project teams or protect them from bad owners (they say they don't work with bad owners, but they do work with anyone with a checkbook). You become a negative dollar sign as soon as you hit the bench, so don't wait for them to ask you to leave; get ahead of them and leave before the project finishes.

      Pros

      Hyder was a great company to do a summer internship with. I gained a lot of on-site experience and was able to sit in on meeting to learn more about the project management/business side of the organization as well

      Cons

      Like many companies there was some slight disconnect between the field and the office, but not a big issue
