      Senior leadership is terrible, they've had multiple layoffs due to lack of funding, but executives continue to pull in huge annual bonuses. Onsite employees are not valued.

      Fantastic leadership. Growing property. Great culture. Able to do the right things every time. Hands down best senior management of any mining company in the area.

      Terrible leadership that squanders money. CFO was a two-faced sexist that just needs to retire.
