Pros
The majority of the staff is nice, personable and approachable. There have been several leadership changes in the recent months. The "Old Guard" is gone and the new leadership is interesting. It appears from articles, that management seems to know each other and/or worked with each other. That can be a good or bad thing.
Cons
Winnemucca is a small town. If you don't fit in to the town or the company, they will make it tough on you. Outsiders are not welcomed as much as they say. Be careful of leadership, since there have been many changes - they must deliver on their communication or we will be in the same boat we were in 2015.
