Pros
Generally, good people to work with and interesting and challenging projects to work on with customers from all over the world. Interesting small company with some good potential.
Cons
Simply stated, the owner/President is a meglomaniac. Very quick to find fault with everyone but himself. He has never made a mistake yet. Observed him telling one of his managers to make no further comments in meetings... If you enjoy working in a "gulag" type of environment, this is the place for you!
